This form is for TR-YÖS applicants interested in joining a short trial preparation course.

Female applicants currently living in Afghanistan may also request assistance with exploring visa arrangements for themselves and one accompanying person to take the examination in another country.

Participation in the preparation course is optional and is not required to submit a visa facilitation request.

Completing this form does not constitute official examination registration or guarantee a scholarship, course placement, or visa issuance. No passport copies or identity documents are required at this stage.
